Alicia Lynch – Retired

Ms. Lynch has been associated with the law firm of Giblin & Lynch since 1984. The firm has an active civil litigation department, particularly in the areas of labor law and employee benefits, and has a diverse group of employee benefit trust fund, union, corporate and individual clients.

Over the past twenty years, Ms. Lynch has been actively engaged before New Jersey federal and state courts; New York federal courts; and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and other administrative agencies. Ms. Lynch has provided counsel to ensure compliance with fiduciary standards as well as legal requirements.

Ms. Lynch has extensive background and experience in drafting of employee benefit plans and related employee communications in conformance with ERISA, as well as handling negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service for the respective plan’s approval. In addition, Ms. Lynch was also employed by the Internal Revenue Service as a Tax Auditor.
